Job summary

UMB Bank in Denver, CO seeks a Portfolio Manager - Syndications to help grow our Syndications platform. You will work with the Manager of Loan Syndications and external partners to structure and manage syndicated deals.

This hybrid role requires five years of commercial credit analysis experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to write clear analytical documents and coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial credit analysis experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Persuasive and concise verbal and writing skills for analytical documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials for syndicated deals (requires credit analysis).
• Assist with structuring syndicated transactions.
• Manage portfolio of existing syndicated deals, including waivers, consents and amendments.
• Help manage deal-related inquiries from external bank partners.
• Review and advise on loan documentation for syndicated transactions.
• Coordinate with Loan Administration for closings and ongoing draws.
