UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Manager – Syndications to support its growing syndications platform. You will work closely with the Manager of Loan Syndications and other internal partners to manage syndicated deal activities, lead waiver and amendment processes, review loan documents, and support reporting and market updates.

The role requires strong credit analysis, transaction structuring, and communication skills. The position is hybrid, with multiple U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of Commercial credit analysis experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Persuasive and concise verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated teamwork to contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships within and outside of UMB.

Aufgaben

• Prepare marketing materials for syndicated deals (includes credit analysis).
• Assist with structuring syndicated transactions.
• Lead waiver, consent and amendment activity for UMB-led deals.
• Review and advise on loan documentation for syndicated transactions.
• Coordinate with Loan Administration for closings and draws on syndicated loans.
