Big Blue Swim School Paoli is seeking a Senior Manager to help run daily operations at our Main Line school on Lancaster Avenue. You'll lead a team of instructors and front-desk staff, keep families engaged and progressing, and own the weekly numbers that make a great school run.

If you like coaching people, solving problems in real time, and watching a nervous kid swim their first 30 feet, this role is for you.

Qualificações

• 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment (aquatics, retail, fitness, education, or hospitality).
• Comfort running schedules, metrics, and performance standards.
• A genuine interest in developing people.
• Clear, warm communication with families.
• Availability for weekday afternoons and evenings plus weekend mornings, when lessons run.
• Swim instruction or lifeguard experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the high-touch service families expect, from the first trial lesson through every level graduation.
• Coach staff to communicate swimmer progress clearly so parents see the value of lessons every week.
• Build strong parent relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Lead a team of Swim Associates, Leads, and Assistant Managers.
• Hold monthly one-on-ones, observe shifts, and run structured team training.
• Onboard and develop future leaders. Your bench is the next generation of managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, recognition, and fun.
• Own weekly schedule execution and staffing adjustments to keep lessons full and payroll efficient.
• Track key metrics including lesson count, payroll efficiency, swimmer growth, and shift performance.
• Keep the pool safe, clean, and well maintained, and keep staff certifications current.
• Support Paoli's full program lineup, including our Junior Swim Team, offered only at Paoli.
• Partner with our sister schools as we continue to grow.

Big Blue Swim School in Paoli is hiring a Senior Manager to help run daily operations at our Main Line school on Lancaster Avenue. You'll lead a team of instructors and front-desk staff, keep families engaged and progressing, and own the weekly numbers that make a great school run. What You\'ll Do

Salary: $23 - $25 per hour
