Job summary

Big Blue Swim School is seeking swim instructors for Full Time and Part Time positions to teach children how to swim. No previous swim experience is required as training will be provided. Candidates should love teaching kids, have strong communication skills, and enjoy a teamwork environment.

Instructors will have access to competitive pay starting at $15 per hour, consistent schedules, and comprehensive health insurance for full-time roles. We welcome diverse backgrounds and aim to make a positive impact in children's lives through swimming.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.
• Ability to work in the water for 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons to children in a fun and supportive environment.
• Work as part of a team with other instructors and staff.
• Help children achieve their swimming goals through effective teaching.
