Big Blue Swim School Paoli is seeking a Senior Manager to run daily operations at the Paoli location. You will lead instructors and front-desk staff, drive family engagement, and own weekly numbers to keep lessons full and progressing.

You'll coach staff, build parent relationships, and ensure safety and maintenance of the warm-water pool. Availability for weekdays, weekends, and evenings is expected. Paoli, PA-based role with growth across the network.

Qualificações

• 3+ years managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience coordinating schedules and hitting performance targets.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Interest in developing people and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Experience: deliver high-touch service from trial to graduation and coach staff to communicate progress.
• Team Leadership: manage Swim Associates and other leaders; conduct monthly one-on-ones and staff development.
• Operations and Performance: own weekly scheduling, track metrics, and ensure safety and maintenance of the pool.
