Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and safety across our swim school. You will lead training for aquatics, private parties, and retail, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience managing staff and operations in a youth-focused environment preferred.
• Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to GSS SOPs.
• Manage staff to maintain high productivity and satisfaction.
• Train aquatics and private party staff to standard procedures.
• Provide sales and marketing guidance to qualified staff.
• Oversee retail and vending department performance.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll.
• Ensure safety via EAP and pool operation standards.
