Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Strongsville, Ohio seeks a motivated manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and safety across the swim school. You will lead a team to provide exceptional customer service, supervise lifeguard and swim instructors, and ensure program quality and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, payroll oversight, and collaboration with the leadership team to drive growth and memorable experiences for families and children.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or equivalent desired.
• 3–5 years of management experience preferred.
• Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED and Certified Pool Operator certifications required or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Goldfish Swim School location.
• Manage staff to ensure productivity, performance and employee satisfaction.
• Provide sales, marketing training and customer service excellence to staff.
• Train and supervise staff for swim instruction and safety standards.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and budgets.
• Maintain safety, pool operation and equipment standards.
