Goldfish Swim School in Gambrills, MD is seeking a Manager On Duty to lead a healthy, high-energy team and ensure smooth daily operations of our swim school. You will train staff, schedule lessons, monitor safety, and help families feel confident as they progress.

Qualifications

• Train a team to provide consistent quality work and cross-train in multiple roles.
• Manage class scheduling and daily operations per SOPs.
• Lead safety procedures and emergency response readiness.
• Pursue enrollment goals and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and guide new team members and families through onboarding.
• Oversee implementation of the Emergency Action Plan and safety procedures.
• Coordinate class schedules and monitor lesson quality and safety standards.
• Support enrollment goals and quarterly/annual targets with action plans.
