Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations at our Livingston and Springfield locations. You will lead scheduling, coaching, and safety initiatives, ensuring high-quality swim instruction and member satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of coordinating, training, and supervising, plus strong customer service and communication skills. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years coordinating, training, and supervising
• Customer service, relationship building, and sales experience preferred
• 1 year aquatics experience preferred (lifeguarding/coaching)
• Strong organization and training skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations to ensure the school runs per GSS standards
• Lead and mentor staff through coaching and training
• Oversee opening/closing, scheduling, and safety procedures
• Ensure high productivity and employee satisfaction during swim lessons
• Maintain communication between GM and team and support EAP implementation
