Job summary

SafeSplash is seeking a dedicated Supervisor in Commack, NY to oversee daily swim school operations and support the General Manager. You will manage staff, enhance customer experience, and help with facility upkeep and local marketing; all while maintaining safety and high standards for students, families, and team members.

Responsibilities include supervising instructors and lifeguards, coordinating scheduling, training new staff, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily swim school operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and engaging experiences for students and parents.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and front desk duties to support efficient operations.
