Job summary

SafeSplash in New York, NY, is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee and support daily swim school operations. Reporting to the General Manager, the role focuses on safe, engaging, and efficient experiences for students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising instructors and lifeguards, managing staffing and customer interactions, and assisting with local marketing and community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire (training available).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily swim school operations.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
• Supervise instructors and lifeguards to ensure safety and quality.
• Deliver world-class customer experience and improve retention.
