Job summary

SafeSplash in New York is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee daily swim school operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage teams, enhance customer experience, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the facility.

This on-site role requires weekday, weeknights and weekend availability, with paid training and flexible hours. Responsibilities include deck supervision, staffing, and local marketing support, plus coordinating with the GM to maintain brand standards and

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in aquatics, education, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• Comfortable working around water and interacting with children and parents.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Facilities: Open/close the facility and maintain cleanliness, safety and standards.
• Safety: Promote a safety culture and enforce quality assurance and brand standards.
• Risk Management: Enforce safety protocols and address hazards promptly.
• Hiring & Staffing: Assist in interviews and onboarding; schedule staff and manage coverage.
• Training & Development: Provide initial training and ongoing education for staff.
• Team Management: Supervise instructors and lifeguards to ensure high-quality lessons.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and maintain high satisfaction scores.
