SafeSplash Brands, LLC is seeking a dedicated Lead to support daily swim school operations in Levittown, NY. You will help manage operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and foster community engagement while growing within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working around water, with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructing, deck management and front desk duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Open/close facility and ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Uphold safety culture and quality standards across team and customers.
• Manage inventory, attendance, and report preparation.
• Assist onboarding and training of new staff as needed.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support local marketing and social media to drive community engagement.
