You will manage aquatics programs, ensure safety and cleanliness, and build strong relationships with the local community to support both local and national brand growth. The role requires 2–5 years of management experience and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of management experience leading large teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast-paced environment with initiative.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Schedule and staff to meet business demands and class mix.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure safety, health codes, and employment law compliance.
• Facilities: Maintain cleanliness and brand standards for all areas.
• Safety: Promote a safety culture and respond to issues, preserving quality standards.
• Reporting: Use financial data to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Labor & Budget: Optimize labor use and monitor expenses within brand guidelines.
• Cost Control: Implement savings while maintaining service quality.
