Experience in pool operations, customer service, and management is essential. The role demands strong leadership skills, and full-time hours are required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or equivalent is preferred.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations to ensure compliance with GSS standards.
• Manages staff to ensure high productivity and positive employee satisfaction.
