Goldfish Swim School - Lacey, WA is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at the location, inspire the team, and deliver WOW moments for families and staff. You will drive coaching, mentorship, safety, and exceptional guest service.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee hiring, scheduling, budgeting, and daily facility management, while ensuring high safety standards and a welcoming culture that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• > Minimum certifications: Lifeguard and CPO; certifications kept current.
• > 40 hours/week; full-time role.
• > Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional location culture and team through coaching and mentorship.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for location staff.
• Manage scheduling, class schedules, and capacity optimization.
• Oversee billing/payroll and financial operations at the site.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence of the facility.
