Emler Swim School in Frisco, TX seeks a Deck Manager / Team Manager to lead our on-deck team, coach instructors, and ensure smooth class operations. No prior aquatic experience is required as we provide training to become a certified swim pro and safety expert.

You will supervise hourly staff, mentor teachers, and help families feel welcome while growing both the program and your leadership skills. This is a dynamic, part-time friendly role with room to grow.

Qualificações

• Leadership and people management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Comfort with operations, scheduling, and customer service oriented tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor.
• Celebrate student wins and monitor progress.
• Support families and ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Model and enforce safety standards for staff and students.
