Job summary

Emler Swim School in Texas is seeking a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead on deck and in the pool, supervising hourly staff and ensuring smooth class operations.

You'll develop as a leader, coaching instructors, supporting families, and building a safe, engaging environment for children of all ages while growing with us. Training and advancement are provided, with flexible evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership.
• Flexible schedule including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool, supervising hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as lead instructor for high quality lessons.
• Celebrate student wins and monitor progress in the pool.
• Support families to ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Uphold safety standards and model safety-first mindset.
