Emler Swim School in Austin is hiring a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead on deck and in the pool, supervising hourly staff and guiding lessons with a safety-first mindset.

You will mentor instructors, support families, and help grow enrollment while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment for children and teammates. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operations with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualificações

• You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children.
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership style.
• Available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool, supervising and training hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as lead instructor for lessons.
• Celebrate student progress and support families during visits.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations and enrollment goals.
• Enforce safety standards and model a safety-first mindset.
