Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a Deck Manager/Team Manager in Spring, Texas to lead on deck and in the pool, coaching instructors, and delivering high-quality, safety-conscious lessons for children of all ages.

You'll supervise hourly staff, mentor swim teachers, and help families feel welcome while driving enrollment goals and scheduling. This role offers growth, training, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and enjoy working with children.
• Evidence of positive energy and strong communication.
• Ability to mentor and help teammates grow.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and a varied schedule.
• Physically active and able to be on feet and in water.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool.
• Coach instructors and serve as lead instructor.
• Celebrate student wins and encourage progress.
• Support families and ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload safety standards and uphold safety-first mindset.
