Emler Swim & Gym in Frisco, TX is seeking a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead the deck and pool teams. You will supervise hourly staff, mentor swim teachers, and ensure high-quality lessons while fostering a welcoming environment for kids and families.

This role trains you to be a certified swim pro, with opportunities to grow into leadership and support a vibrant school culture. Evening and weekend shifts are available to fit student or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and a passion for working with children.
• Positive energy, strong communication, and natural leadership style.
• Love helping others grow in a team setting.
• Available to work a consistent schedule including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
• Physically active and comfortable being on your feet in a pool environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on deck and in the pool; supervise, support, and train hourly staff.
• Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor for safe, engaging lessons.
• Celebrate student wins; observe progress and encourage improvement in the pool.
• Support families to ensure customers feel confident and cared for.
• Stay organized with scheduling, evaluations, and enrollment goals.
• Upload and model safety standards for staff and students.
