Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools in New Jersey is seeking a Deck Manager/Team Manager to lead on deck and in the pool, coach instructors, and ensure high-quality lessons. The role prioritizes safety, customer care, and staff development within a dynamic swim school environment.

The position requires 18+yo with energy and leadership, with shifts including evenings and weekends. Training will be provided to certify safety practices and leadership.
