Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a senior Revenue Operations leader to own forecasting, analytics, and GTM strategy in a fast-scaling cybersecurity SaaS environment. You will partner with the CRO and CFO to design territory/quota/comp, lead Data Analytics, and drive AI-enabled improvements across RevOps and RevTech platforms.

The role requires hands-on ownership of forecasting, data foundation, and a modern BI stack, while guiding a high-performing, cross-functional team in a PE-backed growth phase.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Commercial Ops, or GTM strategy with C-suite exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and pipeline analytics across GTM functions.
• Lead design of territory, quota, and comp plans with data-backed decisions.
• Set analytics roadmap and BI tooling to drive decision-ready insights.
• Direct field operations and marketing ops to align demand with revenue targets.
• Oversee data governance, ELT processes, and CRM data quality for trusted metrics.
• Champion AI adoption across Revenue Ops and RevTech platforms.
