Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a dynamic SVP, IT & HR Service Sales to lead the global sales organization, drive revenue growth, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Solutions and Customer Success. This role demands transformational leadership and a proven track record in enterprise software sales.

The ideal candidate will orchestrate high-performing teams, optimize go-to-market strategies, and scale operations across segments in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving sales excellence as a senior leader (3rd- or 4th-line) with large, distributed teams.
• 12+ years in enterprise software and/or agentic sales, engaging with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional relationship-building; leading through influence in matrixed environments.
• Experience scaling high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets across segments.
• Strong operational and analytical acumen balancing short-term execution with growth.
• General manager mindset linking Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions and Customer Success to broader goals.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through transformation (GTM evolution, new tech).
• Ability to articulate WHY behind change and coach teams through transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, development and execution of global sales strategy for IT & HR Service.
• Oversee a high-performing team of sales leaders (AVPs, RVPs, AEs) across geographies.
• Drive data-driven decisions, with reporting and incentive programs to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop bold customer acquisition strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product to align roadmap and GTM priorities with market needs.
• Own end-to-end sales process with clear metrics and execution readiness.
• Cultivate strategic customer relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Global EBOU Sales Leadership Team.
• Manage strategic and operational planning in line with business objectives.
• Transform sales distribution leveraging Agents and AI to optimize execution.
