Salesforce seeks a dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead the global IT & HR Service sales organization, driving growth, profitability, and scalable go-to-market strategies. This role requires transformational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on customer outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.

The SVP will manage senior sales leaders, oversee end-to-end sales processes, and partner with Marketing, Product, Solutions, Strategy, and Customer Success to drive market

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving sales excellence as a senior leader (3rd or 4th line).
• 12+ years in enterprise software and/or agentic sales with CxO engagement.
• Exceptional relationship-building and ability to influence across matrixed orgs.
• Strong operational/analytic acumen; balances short-term execution with long-term growth.
• General manager mindset connecting Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions, Customer Success.

Responsabilités

• Lead vision, development, and execution of global sales strategy for IT & HR Service across segments and GOs.
• Oversee a high-performing team of sales leaders (AVPs, RVPs, AEs) and guide them through high-impact opportunities.
• Drive data-driven decisions with rigorous reporting and incentive programs to exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to accelerate growth and expand logos.
• Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap and GTM priorities; ensure solutions meet market needs.
