Salesforce seeks a Senior Vice President / General Manager, Operating Unit Lead to steer the AMER Professional Services portfolio and scale AI-native delivery across the region. You will drive utilization, bookings, and revenue while aligning with Sales to ensure market-fit offerings.

You will recruit top talent, coach teams, and translate a future AI-native vision into concrete operating models, processes, and talent changes across the unit.

Formación

• 15+ years experience in a Services leadership position.
• 15+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven success at leading transformational projects to deliver customer outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry and account-focused vision for AMER Professional Services.
• Champion the transition to an AI Native delivery model across the service lifecycle.
• Attract top talent, and coach and develop a strong team.
• Develop insights about customers' needs and industry trends to inform sales plays.
