Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Vice President / General Manager, Operating Unit Lead to drive the AMER Professional Services portfolio with an AI-native delivery model. You will shape industry strategies, manage utilization, bookings, and revenue, and coordinate across sales, product, and delivery teams to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a Services leadership role with quota attainment and teams responsible for $250M+ portfolio.
• 15+ years of industry expertise and knowledge of challenges in services.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record leading transformational projects delivering customer outcomes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and account-focused thought leadership for AMER Professional Services.
• Lead transition to an AI Native delivery model embedding AI in service design and delivery.
• Attract and coach top talent, building a strong bench for AI fluency and transformation.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product to operationalize services delivery.
• Lead large-scale transformation across the operating unit with measurable outcomes.
