Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in a Services leadership position with revenue and margin ownership.
• 15+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise and knowledge of industry-specific challenges.
• 5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
• Track record in product and business model innovation and scalable service offers.
• Proven success at leading transformational projects to deliver customer outcomes through technology.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and agentic technologies and AI-native delivery models.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

• Champion the transition to an AI Native delivery model across the service lifecycle.
• Attract and coach top talent, building AI fluency across the bench.
• Develop insights about customers and industry trends and sales plays.
• Collaborate with CSG, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to operationalize service delivery.
• Influence cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical power.
• Lead AI-powered service offerings and accelerators.

• Translate future-state AI Native vision into operating model and process changes.
