• Minimum of 15 years in media, advertising and/or marketing technology, or a related field, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record in media strategy, with strong data and identity expertise.
• Demonstrated success in client pitches and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset for market trends and client needs.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: liaise between Global Data & Technology and media pitch teams to align with client briefs and showcase the platform and AI features.
• Media Workflow Collaboration: lead platform demos with capability experts across briefing, insights, planning, activation, and measurement stages.
• Client-Specific Solutions: develop tailored responses and materials addressing client challenges and goals with dentsu.Connect.
• Data, Identity, AI Capabilities: apply knowledge of dentsu’s data/identity solutions and AI features in the platform.
• Innovation and Best Practices: stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain differentiation.
• Storytelling and Pitch Development: craft data-driven narratives and win themes in collaboration with media leaders.
• Cross-functional Leadership: work with product, commercial, legal, data science, engineering, and accounts teams.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze pitch/client feedback to optimize solutions and market fit.
