Job summary

Dentsu seeks a VP, Growth Director in New York to act as a growth strategist bridging Growth and DT&T. You will lead end-to-end pitches, translate complex data into compelling client narratives, and partner across teams to win pursuits and deliver measurable business value.

You will guide strategy, develop materials, and stay ahead of trends while coordinating across executive leadership. This role combines hands-on leadership with strong storytelling in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years in growth, business development or solution development in data/tech.
• Experience supporting complex client pursuits in agency/consulting.
• Strong storytelling and communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of data/tech components for RFIs, RFPs, pitches.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives and value.
• Partner with Growth, DT&T, product, sales and client teams to shape solutions.
• Lead pitch prep and client engagements, including executive presentations.
• Develop high-impact pitch materials and playbooks.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and market trends.
• Improve messaging and pursuit execution using client feedback.
