Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking a Senior Vice President, Commerce Strategy to shape the strategic direction and growth agenda for dentsu Commerce across North America. You will partner with senior leaders across Media, Creative, CXM, Operations, Data, Technology, and Product to define how Commerce capabilities are built, commercialized, and scaled.

In this executive role, you will lead enterprise Commerce strategies, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor the Commerce Strategy

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, commerce, digital transformation, retail media, marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation or cross functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, data, and modern marketing ecosystems.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership on high impact strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise Commerce strategy across North America.
• Lead high priority strategic initiatives spanning multiple disciplines.
• Identify growth opportunities and shape partnerships for the Commerce practice.
