Job summary

Dentsu International Americas, LLC is seeking a Data Growth / Solutions Architect to lead a portfolio of US and global clients. You will enable growth in data, analytics and AI space, shaping architecture and roadmaps, guiding cross-functional teams across geographies, and engaging with C-level stakeholders.

You will manage high-visibility programs, balance strategic account growth with hands-on execution, and report to the Head of Technology Advisory Services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience managing large programs in data/analytics/AI
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients and global brands
• Experience presenting to executives
• Experience overseeing large Data/AI Transformation programs
• Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
• Familiarity with marketing tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, data management and ecommerce
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Drive overall account growth and strategy across clients
• Lead thought leadership discussions on data, AI and agentic journeys
• Develop compelling program stories for stakeholders
• Manage targets of $5M-$10M per account
• Create program strategy and roadmaps for clients
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across creative, strategy, data analytics, technology and media teams
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and maintain strategic relationships
• Facilitate regular client communications and reviews
• Navigate complex organizations for global programs
• Lead matrixed teams of 15-30 professionals
• Foster collaboration with partners, vendors and technology providers
• Oversee program budgets from $3M+ and provide forecasting/optimisation
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
• Implement risk management and contingency planning
