Job summary

Influential is seeking a highly experienced SVP, Creator Strategy & Partnerships to lead the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team and oversee talent strategy, sourcing, recommendations, and partnerships across client engagements.

The SVP will manage a team of approximately 13 professionals, drive talent selection across pre-sale and post-sale stages, and lead high-profile negotiations and strategic opportunities to deepen client relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across creator marketing, talent partnerships, talent representation, influencer marketing, entertainment, media, or related fields.
• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple levels.
• Deep expertise in creator & talent strategy, including identification, sourcing, evaluation, recommendations, negotiations, and partnership development.
• Proven ability to translate complex talent capabilities into a compelling client proposition in high-stakes pitches.
• Extensive experience negotiating high-value talent and celebrity partnerships.
• Strong relationships across talent representation community including agencies, managers, and agents.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to assess talent valuation, partnerships economics, and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Influential’s Creator Strategy & Partnerships team of ~13 professionals, establishing priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee talent sourcing, strategy, recommendations, and partnerships across pre-sale and post-sale engagements.
• Develop proxy lists and talent recommendations aligned with client objectives, audience strategy, and campaign goals.
• Lead senior talent negotiations and client presentations to articulate Influential’s methodology and expertise.
• Manage post-sale talent recommendations, refining creator suggestions for clients.
• Collaborate with strategy, sales, account, creative, media, and campaign teams to integrate talent strategy across client lifecycle.
• Escalate on high-profile talent opportunities, advising on pricing, usage, exclusivity, and deal structure.
• Provide senior commercial leadership on pricing and negotiation strategy.
