Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager Creator Strategy & Partnerships to own creator strategy and ensure high-quality talent recommendations across a dedicated pod. You will work closely with Sales, Client Management, Creative Strategy and Campaign teams to deliver data-driven, culturally relevant talent solutions aligned with client goals.

You will transform sourcing into a consultative discipline, leading talent development, pro-active opportunities, and post-sale optimization.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of platforms, trends, talent landscape and cultural signals.
Ability to translate briefs into clear, differentiated creator strategies.
High standard for talent quality, brand alignment and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities

Own and elevate creator strategy across the pod.
Lead sourcing for celebrity, VIP, and high-profile talent.
Oversee talent lists for alignment with client objectives and platform insights.
Drive pre-sale strategy and craft why-this-creator narratives for RFPs.
Ensure campaign talent strategies are executed with quality and speed.
Lead weekly pod meetings and optimize workflows for scale.
