Job summary

5W Public Relations seeks a Senior Vice President of Influencer & Creator Strategy to lead and scale the influencer and creator practice across the agency. The SVP will be the senior-most strategist for influencer programs, guiding multi-brand portfolios and driving growth with executive-level clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing and creator strategy, with hands-on and leadership work across global brands.
• Agency experience required, with a track record of leading large, complex accounts and teams.
• Proven ability to drive agency growth, win new business, expand client relationships, and develop revenue-generating offerings.
• Sophisticated understanding of influencer measurement, analytics, and KPI storytelling; able to translate data into executive insights.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional collaboration across PR, social, paid media, experiential, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision, growth roadmap, and positioning for the influencer and creator practice.
• Establish agency-wide frameworks, playbooks, and measurement standards to elevate work across accounts.
• Lead as the senior advisor to C-suite and executive clients on creator strategy and partnerships.
• Champion innovation including AI, search visibility, social commerce, and creator-led offerings.
• Represent the agency through panels, awards, press, and industry speaking engagements.
• Partner with executive leadership to integrate influencer strategy across PR, paid media, experiential, and creative services.
• Own revenue growth targets and lead new business pitches for the practice.
• Develop differentiated offerings and go-to-market materials, expanding opportunities with existing clients.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team across all levels; set performance expectations and development paths.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, SOWs, profitability, and forecasting for the practice.
• Foster a collaborative culture, upskilling PR and digital teams on influencer strategy and creator trends.
• Maintain accountability for quality, delivery, contracts, and risk management across accounts.
• Ensure tools, processes, and measurement approaches are consistently adopted.
• Anticipate challenges and provide solutions to protect work and relationships.
