Job summary

Advantage HQ is seeking a VP of Influencer Marketing to build and lead a premier creator organization. This is a company-building role focused on expanding a high-value creator network, fostering long-term creator relationships, and increasing creator earnings.

You will oversee strategy, systems, technology, and teams across sourcing, relationship management, campaign execution, and retention. You will collaborate with Growth, Creative, Client Services, and Operations to ensure creator marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent orgs.
• Proven track record building and scaling influencer teams.
• Experience managing large creator ecosystems and relationships.
• Deep understanding of creator economics, licensing, and performance marketing.
• Experience partnering with paid media and creative teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead one of the industry’s strongest creator networks globally.
• Develop long-term relationships with creators and talent reps.
• Scale creator whitelisting and long-term creator success across clients.
• Create systems for onboarding, payments, and campaign execution.
• Partner with Growth and Creative teams to maximize paid media performance.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and operating rhythms for the organization.
