Influential is seeking a Manager of Creator Strategy & Partnerships to own creator strategy, quality, and thought leadership across a dedicated pod. You will ensure talent recommendations are data-driven, culturally relevant, and aligned to client objectives, becoming a strategic partner to Sales, Client Management, and Campaign teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, standards, and quality control for creator strategy outputs within assigned pod.
• Oversee and QA creator lists for alignment, relevance, and executional excellence.
• Lead workload distribution across the pod to maximize efficiency and output quality.
• Maintain a high bar for precision and client-ready deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for talent agencies and external partners.
• Translate client briefs into clear, insight-driven creator strategies.
• Guide talent selection with a full-funnel lens (awareness to conversion).
• Provide strong rationale and storytelling behind every talent recommendation.
• Lead sourcing for celebrity, VIP, and high-profile talent.
• Ensure creator recommendations reflect current cultural moments and platform behavior.
• Elevate pre-sale strategy across RFPs and pitches; contribute to proxy lists and narratives.
• Shape the why-this-creator story to improve client confidence and approvals.
• Identify exclusive opportunities to support new business.
