Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Manager Creator Strategy & Partnerships to own creator strategy, quality, and thought leadership within a dedicated creator pod. You will ensure talent recommendations are data-driven, culturally relevant, and aligned to client objectives, serving as a backbone across Sales, Client Management, and Campaign teams.

You will lead strategic development, post-sale execution, and proactive opportunities, elevating pre-sale strategy and shaping the “why this creator” narrative

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of creator economy across platforms, trends and talent landscape.
• Ability to translate briefs into differentiated creator strategies.
• High standard for talent quality, brand alignment, and cultural relevance.
• Excellent storytelling to justify talent decisions with data-driven rationale.
• Operational discipline to manage multiple workstreams with speed and quality.
• Experience collaborating with talent agencies, creators, and internal teams.

• Proactive identification of opportunities and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, standards, and quality control for all creator strategy outputs within assigned pod.
• Oversee and QA creator lists for strategic alignment and executional excellence.
• Lead workload distribution across the pod to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a high bar for precision and client-ready deliverables.
• Serve as primary POC for assigned talent agencies and external partners.
• Translate client briefs into clear, insight-driven creator strategies.
• Guide talent selection through a full-funnel lens with data and trends.
• Provide strong rationale behind every talent recommendation.
• Lead sourcing for celebrity and high-profile talent within the pod.
• Ensure recommendations reflect current cultural moments and platform behavior.
• Elevate pre-sale creator strategy across RFPs and pitches.
• Contribute to high-quality proxy lists and narrative development.
• Shape the 'why this creator' story to improve client confidence.
• Identify and package exclusive talent opportunities for new business.
• Ensure post-sale execution with consistency, quality, and speed.
• Leverage platform insights and historical performance for talent lists.
• Track talent approvals and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Proactively surface opportunities and thought leadership within agencies and brands.
• Position the team as a trusted authority on the creator economy.
