Job summary

Influential is seeking a highly experienced SVP, Creator Strategy & Partnerships to lead the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team and oversee talent strategy, sourcing, recommendations, talent agency relationships and partnerships across client engagements.

This senior leader will set the strategy and standards guiding talent selection from pre-sale opportunities through post-sale collaboration, negotiating complex partnerships and driving incremental revenue for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creator marketing or talent partnerships.
• Experience leading teams of 13+ professionals.
• Proven skill in high-stakes client presentations and deals.
• Extensive network across talent representation community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creator Strategy & Partnerships team with clear priorities.
• Own talent sourcing, strategy, and client engagement pre- and post-sale.
• Develop proxy lists and talent recommendations for pre-sale pitches.
• Lead high-profile negotiations and advise on pricing and usage rights.
• Build relationships with agencies, managers, and partners.
• Create scalable processes and governance for talent operations.
