Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, QA/QC and Sustainability.

You will drive standardized, scalable workflows and empower leaders across the organization while delivering superior client value. The role requires 15+ years in construction leadership, a strong technology mindset (AI, BIM/VDC), and a track record of cross-functional mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies (AI, BIM/VDC, automation) and their field applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear, measurable vision for integrated delivery of construction services.
• Build end-to-end workflows across disciplines to drive scalability and agility.
• Lead the adoption of AI, automation, and sustainability practices to improve efficiency.
• Design dashboards and reporting to provide real-time insights for leaders.
• Develop training programs to grow leadership and cross-functional capabilities.
