Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment and integration of our construction services.

You will drive scalable systems, workflows, and resources across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality and Sustainability. The role reports to the Chief Construction Officer and requires 15+ years in construction leadership, with a track record of enterprise workflows, innovative tech adoption, and strong

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced professional degree preferred e.g. MBA.
• Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations with a proven record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide workflows.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrixed organization, lead multiple functional areas, and develop workforce training programs.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction technologies (AI, BIM/VDC, automation, reality capture) and their application in field environments.
• Business Acumen: Executive presence with exceptional communication skills, strong vision, and the ability to influence and drive change.
• Oversee and direct other construction shared services as they arise and are assigned.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear, measurable vision for the integrated delivery of construction services.
• Build an end-to-end construction workflow that drives scalability while remaining agile to changing demands.
• Serve as a thought leader in construction innovation, integrating emerging technologies and sustainable practices.
• Maximize project profitability by enhancing estimates and project controls to improve financial performance.
• Align VDC, Project Controls, Scheduling, Quality, Engineering Services, Sustainability, and Preconstruction into a seamless delivery model.
• Partner with Data/Insights teams to design dashboards, predictive analytics, and reporting systems.
• Create a Business Intelligence function to direct technology and data efforts.
• Build job-skill-focused training programs and mentor leaders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
