The role integrates Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Sustainability into one end-to-end delivery model.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in CM/Engineering or related field.
- 15+ years of construction operations leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead unified delivery of construction services across projects.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and BIM to improve quality and schedule.
- Develop talent and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Align project controls, preconstruction, VDC, and scheduling into an integrated workflow.
- Partner with finance and operations to improve profitability.
