Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment and optimization of our construction services. This executive will drive standardized, scalable systems across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Sustainability.

The role reports to the Chief Construction Officer and aims to elevate client value and internal performance through innovation and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization and building workforce training programs.
• Strong knowledge of construction technologies (AI, BIM/VDC, automation, reality capture).

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for integrated delivery of construction services.
• Lead end-to-end workflow development and cross-functional integration across VDC, Preconstruction, Scheduling, QA/QC, Sustainability.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital workflows to improve quality, schedule, and cost.
