Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment and optimize our construction services departments across offices.

Reporting to the Chief Construction Officer, this role will integrate Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering Services, Scheduling, Quality, and Sustainability. You will drive technology adoption, embed agile practices, and build a high-performance team focused on client value and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations or a similar executive role.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide workflows across multiple construction functions.
• Strong knowledge of AI, BIM/VDC, automation, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear vision for integrated construction services.
• Build end-to-end workflows that scale with client and project demands.
• Lead the adoption of technologies and agile practices to improve quality, schedule reliability, and profitability.
• Partner with shared services and technology teams to enable growth and efficiency.
• Represent the company in industry forums as a leader in integrated delivery.
