Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment and optimization across construction functions. Reporting to the CCO, this role will unify Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Engineering, Scheduling, Quality, and Sustainability.

The SVP will drive value for clients and teams, standardize workflows, and advance technology adoption to improve efficiency, budgets, and outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA) and strong knowledge of industry tech.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear, measurable vision for integrated construction delivery.
• Build end-to-end workflow to drive scalability and agility.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, and digital workflows to improve quality and predictability.
