Job summary
Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment and integration across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, Scheduling, Quality, and Sustainability.
Reporting to the Chief Construction Officer, you will drive scalable workflows, empower leaders, and champion innovation to deliver value for clients and teams. You will partner with technology and shared services to embed agile practices and data-driven decision-making, advancing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years leadership in construction ops.
- Executive presence with ability to lead multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of construction technologies (AI, BIM/VDC, automation).
- Experience designing enterprise workflows and integrated delivery models.
- Ability to drive change and strategic growth across departments.
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate a clear vision for integrated delivery of construction services.
- Build end-to-end workflows to drive scalability and agility.
- Lead adoption of AI, automation, and digital workflows to improve quality and predictability.
- Oversee integration of project controls, scheduling, QA/QC, sustainability, and preconstruction.
