Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide workflows.
• MBA and/or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a clear, measurable vision for integrated construction services.
• Build end-to-end construction workflows to enable scalability and agility.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, and BIM/VDC to improve quality and cost predictability.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration across VDC, Scheduling, QA/QC, Sustainability, and Preconstruction.
