Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead the strategic alignment and optimization of our construction functions.

Reporting to the Chief Construction Officer, you will elevate value for clients and teams by standardizing workflows, embedding scalable systems, and driving accountability across project controls, preconstruction, VDC, engineering, scheduling, QA, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership and business alignment.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear, measurable vision for integrated delivery of construction services.
• Build end-to-end construction workflow for scalability while remaining agile to changing demands.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, reality capture, and digital workflows to improve quality and cost predictability.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs, financial tracking, and dashboards.
