Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Construction Services to lead strategic alignment across Project Controls, Preconstruction, VDC, and Engineering Services. The role reports to the Chief Construction Officer and will drive standardized, scalable workflows across the organization.

This executive will champion AI, automation, sustainability, and agile practices, building a strong leadership pipeline and delivering value for clients and the workforce alike.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in construction operations leadership with enterprise-wide workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear, measurable vision for integrated delivery of construction services.
• Lead end-to-end construction workflow to drive scalability and agility.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, and digital workflows to improve quality and cost predictability.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and develop workforce training programs.
