Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. is seeking a Vice President, Commerce & Retail Media to lead strategic and operational efforts for core Retail Media clients.

You will drive revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, and advance innovation across Retail Media, Enterprise Media, and Loyalty, translating priorities into scalable operating models and high-performing teams. You will partner with senior leadership to guide clients through growth and transformation while aligning dentsu capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in retail media, media strategy, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience directly within retail media; grocery retail preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of retail media monetization, enterprise marketing, audience strategy, and advertiser needs.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, operational transformation, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior strategic advisor to client leadership.
• Build executive-level client relationships and lead strategic planning efforts.
• Drive retail media revenue growth through enhanced go-to-market strategies and new monetization opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand the client’s portfolio of commerce media capabilities.
• Evangelize the New Stream Media offering and solution partnerships with advertisers.
• Champion innovation across audience strategy, measurement, AI, automation, and media technology.
• Partner with leaders to develop scalable operating models, processes, and governance.
